Jonathon's people skills and attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. First impressions are so important as your associates represent your company.....He was so friendly, personable, great listener, and even more important he took such pride in his work, as I could tell he really cared about doing the job right! I already referred a couple people to Zero Rez. I think Jonathon's style and work ethic are hard to find in today's marketplace. I would definitely ask for him to come back to our house! The fact that you use no chemicals. Technician was on time and the estimate given on the phone was close to what we were charged. The carpet looks like new.

Really liked our newer tech, Doug, but wondering if a long term employee would have been more observant to problem areas. Wish you had a tool that could concentrate on the one inch perimeter of a room, where there are dark "dust" stains on cream colored carpeting..Doug said there is nothing that can be done for this. :-(
Lastly, when I called and made original appointment by 10:00a.m., can't believe I wasn't one of the first 125 callers to receive the Champs gift card...hmm.

Jared Selas is the BEST! Polite and mannerly (not found often these days). He was thorough and was careful around items that could not be moved. He should be cloned! I have found my carpet cleaning business...you have no competition!
