I was totally satisfied with the cleaning my (16 year old)carpets received from Zerorez! The carpet is a light colored carpet and extends throughout the house. I have nine grandchildren and believe me the carpets have taken a beating. The youngest grandchild is now five years old. I have tried other cleaning services and machines, but Zerorez is a "green" cleaning solution and that's very important to me. The cost was no more than any of the other services I've used. I will be having them back to clean the bedroom carpets in the fall. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the carpet results, and were very happy with the technician and his services. I like it that you don't use soap, so the carpet is less likely to have soapy residue attracting dirt.

Dennis and his co-worker were very profressional. I didn't care for the selling product at the end. When someone calls for carpet cleaning you need to explain the cost better- as I didn't expect another 70.00 for stairs and landing. It was not told to me until after cleaning. Other than that good job.
