The product is free from chemical smells and residue. The drying time was very short and the fans helped a lot. Our service person was amiable, helpful and a diligent worker. The price was quoted upfront and the bill reflected that amount. We have recommended you to our neighbors.

The staff was professional and asked how I would like things done. The product is the only one that I know of that does not leave a soap residue.
The only thing that I was surprised at was that they did not put anything under the furniture that was not moved.

I like that there are no soaps or detergents used and that it was done very quickly. I also liked that they give you a time frame as to when they will be here so that you do not have to wait around all day wondering when they will arrive and that they call and give you an idea of how long before they will arrive your house on the day of the appointment.
