There doesn't seem to be a residue on the carpet. the technician was such a conscientious worker and did a great job in helping to erradicate the stains on the carpet as well. He was very professional, worked quickly and carefully.

I was only dissapointed in one aspect. That was the edge of the carpet next to the wall, seems to have been missed by the machine. Not sure if that is normal or not. But the rest of the carpet was awesome. And the service person that was here was extremely helpful and polite.

I am very pleased with my cleaned carpets.

I try to clean my carpets about every 6 months. Carpets are cleaned with no residue remaining. Any stains that have been present prior to cleaning were gone after the carpets were cleaned by Zerorez.

P.S. I wish I would be able to book an appointment (at the time I call for an appointment) for first thing in the morning (like around 9:00) with some assurance I could get an early appointment instead of waiting for a call back time at a later date.

First, the service person (Tyler) was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was to be done, why the products used did not leave a residue, such as detergents and a more "chemical" description of what the cleaning process entailed. Second, the job was done very professionally. Third, the carpets that were cleaned dried very quickly. Lastly, the carpets looked almost like new, given that some very 20 years old.
