The young man that cleaned our carpet was polite and professional. I forgot his name by now, he had to borrow anothers shirt because his was soiled. Its good to see our younger generation working hard and caring about thier work, I made a point of it to my son.Even though our carpet it worn out we he made it livable for now. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very fast and carpets dried extremely quickly when compared to traditional carpet cleaning services.

Customer service was by far the biggest differentiatior. From the time I called to find out about the services to the time the technician left our house we were given tons of details, they were friendly and professional. The carpets also look and smell clean! They were able to get a few stains up that were really bothering me. We are having our first baby in a couple months and with our carpets clean, I feel much better about baby laying on the floors and about the air quality in our house. I would definitley use you guys again.

It was fast. The associate was very nice and explained things well. He tried hard to get out stains but explained that after 5 years
it would be more difficult because the stain covering wears off.

The 2 gentlemen who worked so hard on my carpet are to be commended for their care and concern of my home. Please let them know how kind they were. They get an A+, and I would want them to do myu carpet the next time it needs it.

Francisco Smith did a great job of explaining to me all the options and also things I could do to maintain clean carpet. I'm satisfied with the results and will contact Zerorez in the future when I need my carpet cleaned again.

I was so impressed with the fact that a dog accident came out. The service person was doubtful but in the end it came out.

The service was A-1! The two techs were very professional, both in appearance and demeaner. We had four rooms and a hallway cleaned, as well as a loveseat that wasn't included on our original order. It took only about an hour and a half to get the cleaning and sanitizing done. (We have a couple of greyhounds who love to eat grass and then gack up on the carpet.) We couldn't be more pleased with the results, and the cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use Zerorez again, and have already recommended Zerorez to several friends.
