Our carpets look amazing! I also appreciate the level of professionalism that was displayed throughout the entire process. The staff is definitely eager to please. The only suggestion that I would make however would be to ensure drying time is at the 6-8 hour time frame promised. Our carpets were cleaned from 4-6PM on eventing and were wet for the entire day following the cleaning. It was humid outside, so we kept the windows closed and alternated between the furnace and the air conditioning to get air movement in the house. We also ran five ceiling fans full speed and four floor fans. It was disheartening given that we have a family of 5 and a dog. It made for a great inconvenience. I think a very easy fix would be to bring dehumidifiers to client homes and keep them running for approximately 24-48 hours. This would be much appreciated by clients and would speed the drying process substantially. Overall though, our experience was a positive one. Thank you Zerorez.

Ken was very thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Our carpets look outstanding!

The tech showed up on site and was extremely courteous. He took the time to go over the entire process and to make sure we were comfortable. When they were setting up they took extra care to make sure they didn't scratch or mar anything. They used a guard to protect the corners of the walls from being scuffed and a door bracket to cover the doorway where the hose was running through. The carpets look like new again. We immediately recommended them to a friend and they were able to do his house the next day. I will be using zerorez in the fall again.

Also, Juan, the fellow who cleaned our carpets was knowledgeable, caring, and gave us good information on our present carpets and could answer questions on carpets we might want to purchase in the future. You were recommended to us by Home Depot when they came over to re-stretch our carpet, and said that your way of cleaning would help us in not having to have it restretched again. We are very glad we called you, and with you being available 7 days a week, it's easy to make a time work for both you and the customer.

I felt that the technitians who came to my home were knowledgable and honest about their work. They informed me that the spots in my shower were not mold/mildew but holes in the grout. They could have gone ahead with the cleaning and charged me, but, instead they honestly told me that Zerorez service wouldn't be able to fix it. The guys were personable, quick and knowledgable!
