It was fast and easy - the guys who came to our house were nice and friendly - they were in and out of my house in 45 minutes - I only had one room of carpeting so they offered to clean a bunch of small area rugs so I could get my moneys worth - one of those rugs I had considered discarding but it is clean now and looks great. I did laugh out loud thou when they recommended vacuuming 4 to 5 times a week - like that will ever happen - they laughed with me!!!
