Not sure they got the traffic area clean enough 6 months ago. Maybe thats normal. Folks were very nice. Had my carpet stretched recently and loved Tim. Thought he was great. Did a good job. I am extremely pleased with the results from Zerorez. My carpets look like new. The marble in our foyer has never been professionally cleaned and it looks amazing. I like the fact that zerorez does not use harsh chemicals and can still produce amazing results. Jeremy, the technician who cleaned everything was polite and professional. I will definitely recommend zerorez to my friends and family!
