We had our vents cleaned out due to recent construction in our house. The technician we personable and went through exactly what they were going to do during the process. In the middle of the process the machinery being used broke down. To my surprise the technician was very apologetic and said another machine was on its way to complete the job within the same day. This is the first time we have used your company and will for further projects. Thanks for the customer service. Hard to find these days.
There is not one thing I didn't like . Not only was the work perfect, the individual that cleaned the carpeting was extremely kind and worked very hard. The staff that schedules the appointments were also courteous and professional. I have already recommended Zerorez to all my staff and I plan to use them at my dental office too.

The cleaning process is toxin free. That is incredibly important for the health and welfare of my family, and anyone who comes into my home. The guys that came out to clean were Fabulous! Showed pride in their work which is hard to find these days.
The person doing the cleaning showed up right when they said they would. When he got here, he got straight to the point and did well at explaining exactly what he was going to do. I felt comfortable with him being in my home, and also felt that he knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. I knew that it wouldn't take long; when I set up my appointment the person I spoke with told me it would take approximately an hour, maybe a little longer. It took him almost exactly an hour to do 2 rooms and my staircase, which was impressive. He was very polite when done, and told me what to expect as far as dry time and how my carpet would not stain or get dirty as fast as it did before he cleaned it.
Overall I liked pretty much everything about Zerorez's products and services. The one and only thing that I guess almost made me not make the appointment was when I called to find out prices and possibly make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone and set everything up was not very friendly at all. She spoke real fast (as if she wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible) kind of trying to rush things along, seemed a little annoyed when I asked questions and she repeated herself a lot. The reason I still went through with making the appointment after speaking to her was because it seems like I always hear ads for Zerorez on my two favorite radio stations: 92.5 KQRS KQ92-Morning Show with Tom and Terry, and 107.1 The Jason and Alexis Show on from 12 noon to 3pm Mon-Fri. I assumed they must be good at what they do, I've been listening to these two stations/shows for a LONG time and trust what they say. And I am glad I kept my appointment, despite the woman who gave a kind of negative first impression on the company. I will definitely be calling again in the future and have already recommended these services to a couple friends!

Our second experience was terrific....Dennis is an outstanding representative for your company and deserves some recognition! His attention to detail, his knowledge of the carpet, the cleaning process and the company are extraordinary. I don't know what the first guy did or didn't do, but after this second cleaning we were amazed at how much better the carpets looked! We truly appreciate that after our dissatisfaction with the initial cleaning, everyone at Zerorez made great efforts to change our impression and it worked.
