The tech and assistant were great! They explained everything and provided some really good tips on keeping the carpet looking clean between cleanings. I was trully WOWed at how clean they were able to get the carpet, it looks new, and it is over 20 years old.
The service I received at my home was outstanding. The service provider was extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning even when I presented him with the very tough challenge of removing multiple areas in my carpet that had red finger nail polish spills. It was amazing what he was able to do and and I am delighted with the results. I will be recommending Zerorez to all of my friends and family.

I like the good job that zerorez does. The "No Soap" does wonders. I have had stains for years that other carpet cleaning companies said would not come out and zerorez took them out. I like the citrus scent that is in the house after the cleaning and I also like how the carpet dries soo fast. It doesn't feel so wet after the cleaning. The water is suctioned out so well that it only feels damp.

Mainly liked the fact that the things that I had cleaned, came out clean. I had my area rug picked up to be worked on, and when it came back, I was very happy with the results. I was also very impressed with the customer service your employees showed while in my house.
