The fresh smell and no Crunchies!

Scott Johnson was awesome, he explained what he would be doing and how it would be done. He gave me a time estimate for completion as well. The pet dander stains came out (I wasn't sure they would) and my carpets look great. I am sure my ducts have not been this clean in a very long time. My wife who has asthma and allergies should be able to breathe easier, no pun intended.
I have already recommended your service to people I work with.

I like that the cleaning process is environmentally safe and clean. I don't use chemicals in my house and I like that no soaps are used in the carpet cleaning.

My light tan carpeting looks brand new! The technician that came to my house was very polite and gave me detailed information about how he was going to clean the carpeting and how zerorez works. I have a small dog and am very pleased to have no chemicals on the floors. I also liked how the technician moved the big peices of furniture like couches and chairs to clean under them and then placed them on small blocks for better drying. I will definitly use zerorez again!

Nice people. Carpets look good. Bathroom did not look much different. I would recommend carpet cleaning but not tile and grout.

I am very happy with the results and although a little pricey, at least the cost estimates over the phone and when the the tech was on site were identical.

We were very impressed the way zerorez cleaned our carpet. We were also impressed the way Charlie and his assistant conducted themselves,They were very professional and courtious.

Chris explained things well when he arrived. Very professional. Seemed like there was good coordination and communication between front of house and back of house.

The guys (Andrew and Nate) were very professional and gave me good advice about further treatments, products and services available. I wish I'd purchased the citrus cleaning powder instead of the soil guard but I had a budget and didn't know about it till after the other was already done. afterwards i realized they only sprayed a small portion of the Living room's heaviest traffic area - should that have included the stairs as well?

Great cleaning - excellent results. Very professional and polite service personnel. Surprised by how quiet the equipment was relative to past cleaning services that I've used.

Good communications before the service call. Byron was intelligent, careful and competent. System removed soiling and patterns without leaving residues to attract dirt. Precleaner had natural citrus aroma. All smells dissapated during drying process. Truck-based system kept noise and dirt outside the house while providing real cleaning suction. Even twenty-year-old carpet came back with some color and feel not seen in years. Thanks!
