The service was outstanding! I was, however told that I was first stop of the day so was thinking the buys would be here around 8:30. Instead, they did not arrive until 10:00 so that WAS a disappointment. Scott and Josh were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything and answered all my questions. If I hadn't been pushed for time due to thinking they were going to be there sooner (I had made plans for 11:00 thinking I was first), I would have liked to see a demo of your tile and grout cleaning. However, didn't have time. I thought the guys were very personable and respectful. Carpet looks good. It did take much longer to dry than anticipated, but once dry, it does look nice. The man that came out to clean was the most professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable service person we have ever hired. Our carpet (which we thought for sure we would need to replace very soon) looks almost like brand new and it is 15 years old! Long story short, no need to replace, need only to call Zerorez!

The technician was great. This was for a rental townhouse where the carpet was trashed!!! All the dirt or dark spots were removed....Great job!!!

The only problem I have is when I called, I called for my brother and myself, you were going to our friends the same day and I was told there may be a friends discount. I was also told the minimum was 120.00. The 149.00 was to cover 3 rooms, 15x15 or 225 square feet. I had my fifth wheel trailer done, all together it did not add up to 15x15. I did understand from the beginning the total was 120 or 149, just did not think everything else would be additional charge as I did not have 3 rooms. I know it is advertised as no hidden charges, but I do not agree with this. Chris Harding was great and did a fantastic job.

No soap. I have never had the clean, fresh feeling that I felt when the carpets were cleaned by Zerorez. Many spots that I had been trying to get out seemed to come out with ease. Your technician was very professional yet friendly.

The carpets seemed to come out looking alot cleaner than the other companies I have tried - even our own carpet cleaner. The feel very soft - not hard and crusty till you vacume them real well like the other companies. We have used you twice now & still have the down stairs to clean.
The 2nd time; few weeks ago I do not feel they did as good of a job as the first time. My husband said one of the guys was texting alot while working.????

As your commercial states, there is no residue nor after smell; but mostly the service is outstanding. Both Gentlemen that came were very thoughtful, courteous and concerned that I was happy.

We had the protecter added to the carpets. Hours later we dripped paint on the carpet by accident. It wiped up beautifully! We were very happy with Zerorez!

Friendly service, the rooms had a clean orange smell, and I felt like I got new carpets when finished.

The carpet was cleaner than I ever expected it could be. It had been nearly 10 years since we had it professionally cleaned (I've used my home steam cleaner), and the difference was amazing. I've hired other carpet cleaning companies over the years, and none of them produced the results that Zerorez did.
