Very clean and would like to use again
The gentleman that cleaned our carpet was very polite and was very careful not to track dirt in from outside. He also explained everything before he began to clean. I couldn't believe how quickly it dried.
The young man was very personable and polite and he did a good job. However, just tonight I noticed 3 spots the size of a dime/nickel in the carpet near my dining room table that are still there. Since the carpet was probably still not dry when he left I did not notice them before he left. I didn't think to point out the spots to him before he did the downstairs carpet Everything else is just fine
found your tect to very out going, it was hot that day so he did take a dip in the pool and then drank a 12 pack with us girls.Has great talent on the table tops. Hope you don't loose him to another career. He can get the carpets clean up sell ya and dance. Joe rocked--My husband said I have to tell you I'm joking. He was great.

I had been thinking I needed new carpet but no more. This was the first professional cleaning in 26 years and it was well worth it. The stairs were so stained, I thought sure it was hopeless. The carpet looks, smells and feels great. I appreciated the follow up email with a phone number to call if I was not completely satisfied. The technicians were personable, explained things to me and get right to work. The advertisements your company runs on 1130 A.M., my favorite radio station, are spot on!!
