We very much liked the fact that the carpet products did not use soap. The employees were very knowledgable and polite. We purchased the spot treatment and shortly after we had the carpets cleaned, we needed to clean up after our cat and tried the spot treatment. Although we followed the directions we were disappointed with the results of that particular product.

Zero Rez performed a miracle
There is no smell factor after you are done. The technician was fabulous. Very knowledgeable about Zerorez product, efficiantly on time, very professional and had a very nice demeanor that we felt was very nice. Am already sending out the cards to people at my work. Highly recommend your business and will use you next year for air duct cleaning.

Joe -- he was very good -- we looked at stains in advance and then we reviewed all areas to see all the stains gone! I also liked the corner guards. I would like a very tiny gift for the referral - like a $5.00 gift card to Caribou or something for telling folks all the details of the good service. Good communications with scheduling and on the day of the appointment. The service person was knowledgeable, answered questions and provided information about the results we could expect. I loved the clean citrus scent of the product. It's too soon to tell how well the added protection we purchased will hold up.
They gave me a window of 3-6 PM which was reasonable but what shocked me the most was when they called and appologized and told me it would closer to 6. It was a very considerate and customer-centric gesture that was very impressive.
When the service men arrived they were extremely friendly and energentic - even though I knew I was their last stop of the day. They still took the time to go through each room and look for spots and ask me questions. The carpeting came out beautifully. And when my family and friends came over for Easter, I showed them all what a great job you did. All of them asked who did we have and I proudly said Zerorez. Between the great customer service and final results, I would reccomend you to everyone I know.
