Liked the results. Didn't like that I wasn't told about the 14.00 disposal fee and also didn't like how the rep kept pushing the protection spray (upselling).

Liked the clean and easy dry. Some stains still present but anticipated that. Did not anticipate a charge for water disposal fee that was NOT INCLUDED and with tax was extra $30 dollars more from my quote. This is the only negative about zero rez. Agent was nice and did a good job.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. I do doggie daycare and boarding and my carpet was a HUGE mess!!! After this winter of no snow and wet spring; my carpets were trashed from dirty puppies!! I actually was thinking I would have to replace it. (there goes any profit from the doggie biz). Rob came and thoroughly explained what was happening with my capret. (I almost think the tecs need to be chemists"-). He asked what I have been using on the carpet and gave me helpful hints to get better results with that product in the future. He gave me two FREE bottles of odor product and refilled my powder stain product FREE. Because I know how badly the carpet was; I was hoping that the tec would take his time and go over it VERY well and not just one swipe over the carpet and then done. Rob took the time and care to do "exactally as I would have if I was doing it! This is the FIRST company that has taken the time necessary to do as perfect a job as possible!!! I have had MANY different services and not one can match Zerorez!! I "willingly" paid extra for extra services my carpet "needed" to be clean. The result are worth EVERY cent!! I have parrots (of which I must say; I was impressed with Rob's knowledge of parrots) so using harsh chemicals is a concern to me; especially a "scotch guard" type product. I took Robs word that the product would not harm my birds. When my carpet dried; it was soooo soft and clean!!!! I just wanted to walk on it in my bare feet. NEVER has my carpet been this clean and I "KNOW" it is clean!!! It will now be easy to keep up on the issues!! I cant say enouth about this company!! They are everything they say and more!!! It is so refreshing to know that in this day and age; there are still quality, reputable companies that do what they say! Thank you so much Rob!!!!!!!!
