We have old carpeting that takes a good beating from daily traffic of 4 adults and 2 teens and it looked so good after your team completed. We had some difficult stains also that came out nicely. Your staff/cleaning crew were very professional, courteous and accommodating to our needs. Carpeting did not take long to dry and no residue, etc. left behind. Would highly recommend to others and have already!

How it cleans the carpet and gets the dirt up and my pets accidents smells and stains. It smell so good in the house and makes the carpet look so much brighter.

You should install a clear inspection section in your vacuum line so people can see what's being removed by your cleaning process!

What do you like about our products and services?

Quick dry time. Carpet stay clean longer than with traditional carpet cleaners. Every time I have had Zerorez out to clean my carpets the cleaners have been on time and very professional.

The technicians were very knowledgable and courteous. If I had a request they were very willing to do what I requested. They seemed to go the extra mile in every way. We had just had our walls painted and they were very careful of those. There were many stains from raising two boys, and they were all removed. I am very happy with the results and would definately use them again. I would also highly recommend zerorez.

The techs were courteous and helpful. They explained everything and answered all our questions. The work itself was done well and the carpet is really clean! They even helped us rearrange some furniture in one of the rooms after the cleaning.
