1. In person and on the phone, Zero Rez employees speak English clearly and politely. They listen well and answer questions completely.
2. The carpets are very clean! and smell great. Best cleaning job these carpets have seen in their 15 years.
3. Jaime and Rob were efficient, personable, and professional. They focused on their work and pleasing the customer. No cell phone gabbing, smoking, slang or gossip. They know their product, explained it well and appeared to enjoy their profession, showing pride in working for Zerorez.

Its non toxic although, I'm not terribly wild about the change in spot cleaner. It doesn't seem to take the smell out of the carpet as well and left the carpet sticky and crunchy.

RJ seemed to do a good job. He was very pleasent and answered all our questions. Unfortunately for me, I had to work and my sister had to greet and direct him until I got there which was when he was doing the last room. So of course, I got to pay the bill basically (lol). There was one small spot I forgot to tell her about and had hoped it would have come out but it didn't. And I am not sure had I told RJ to go over if it would have come out or not because I wasn't sure what the spot was. Overall, it looks good and I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't strong smelling due to myself being sensitive to chemicals. I also had the ducts cleaned and I wish I had seen how he did it mostly because I was curious. Would I call you back, yes.

The fact that you don't use soap; that the carpets dry so quickly after; technicians are always very helpful, pleasant and thorough; and your price can't be beat for the quality of service.
