My carpet looks really clean, so I am very impressed. The technician was also excellent - he was friendly and thorough. He explained everything really well and was able to answer all of my questions. I love the smell of my carpet!

The company was very good about working with our schedule, which was important because we were arranging service for an elderly parent and we arriving from out of town. Technician was very nice to work with. All in all a wonderful expericne.

Great customer service

The Zero Rez crew member was VERY polite, very courteous and showed me how much it would cost up front. He also showed me different ways I can clean my carpet in the future! I will definitely be using them again next year, LOVED it!!! Carpets look wonderful!

the service personnel were hard working and very professional and courteous. The floors are very clean, especially one area that was extremely spotted and stained.

The carpets seem so clean and the fresh smell that was there when Adam was cleaning them wasn't overpowering. Sorry it's taken us so long to respond but we've been so busy trying to move in now that the carpets are all nice and fresh. Adam was very profesional and did a real good job.

That they are free of chemicals and that you give clients a bottle of product for spot cleaning. Lars was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Service was on schedule, techs were very courteous and accomadating. The only problem was the brush becoming stuck in one of the ducts. They sent out a couple of techs to take care of it and the problem was resolved quickly and with a smile.
