Was very happy with how clean the carpets got...... but, now a week later I can smell the dog pee, again, and there really wasnt that much dog urine in the carpet, it was only in 2 places, in the living room area, paid the extra $60.00 for the special stuff you use for dog urine, but am dissapointed that the smell has come back.

For years I've had my carpets cleaned from various companies. This is the first time I had the service technician rake it. It helps with the druing time and regain its resiliance. Lars did a great job and will definately call again.

had chosen the right capet cleaning company. They took good care of my furniture which they
moved in order to clean all areas possible. Also the young lady who estimated my project
before I contracted the services did an excellent job in giving a bid that was within dollars
of what I was told. Another company which I had used last gave a bid and when on the jobsite,
raised the bid substantially. They did not move the furniture and make a quick attempt at
cleaning the carpet. I was not at all satisfied, so I was really skeptical with Zerorez.
But you came through 'my test' with flying colors. I will definitely use you again and will
