We have had Zerorez three different times for cleaning of our carpet. The most recent cleaning was the very best. The technician worked very hard on troubled spots and did a wonderful job.

My attendant, Jeremy, was the difference. This was the third time I've had my carpets cleaned by Z but he made the difference. His sincere care, ability, attention to detail and mostly his customer service. My carpeting is over 20 yrs. old and parts of the padding have been damaged by the masses of dogs and construction workers tramping through my house over the years. His matter of fact statements were never critical. H was factual, concise and not critical. That is really an art. I've retired from a Fortune 100 company, during which I spent over 15 yrs. in customer service and 10 in HR. This man is such an asset. I hope you realize that a company is not just their product or promises, it is in the people whose face is related to it. Jeremy is a prize. While Jeremy was here a man came to inquire about the service (from Z). New to me, the immediate follow up. Other than the pleasantries Jeremy and I had expressed there wasn't a lot to say. He did quote me the same prices, etc. I wanted it known that when he was done I was extremely happy. I'm happy with the service, with the overall job and especially Jeremy. With the number of years I spent in C/S (or what's called now) I do know how important feedback is. To say he did a great job is an understatement. I hope this review is shared with him(and whatever way he approves for it to be shared). Thank you

Carpets look and feel clean

My carpeting looks like new again. Love that there isn't any soap involved. I believe that my downfall with doing it myself was using too much soap which, it appears, did more harm than good.

The technician arrived on time. He explained the product. He was quick and efficient.

When we got the oriental carpets back they seems so much thicker. They had a very pleasant small and looked wonderful.

I'm extremely leary about chemicals in cleaning products, especially since I have a cat. Kyle reassured me that it was okay if my cat walked across the carpet even while it was still damp - of course the cat did - and I didn't worry that he was going to get poisoned from any chemicals. Both Kyle and Jake were extremely efficent and they both had a smile on their face and were happy to to answer my questions and explain everything to me. They were done before I knew it, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. This is my second time using Zerorez, and I would definately use them again, as well as recommend them.

No chemicals friendly staff

Our carpets looks fabulous and Brandon was quick, friendly and really cared about the work he performed.

I really like the professional approach that your service people provide-Reid was excellent and cleaned my house very well! I certainly will continue to use zerorez whenever I need my carpets cleaned! Again-I hope I can have Reid again-he was great!

The service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The results were better than I had hoped for and without the chemical odor that lingers for days I've experienced with other cleaners.

I am very happy with the results - the carpet wasn't soaked and didn't take more than a few hours to dry even though I waited 24 hours anyway.

The carpets were clean, they did a great job on the stains. We were very pleased with how fast it dried. The best part were Nick and Dan, they were very professional.
