I was very impressed with the results, as I had my carpets done about 9 months ago by another company and they didnt even looked cleaned. We were considering new carpet for our family room but really couldnt afford it so we decided to try cleaning one more time with you. WOW,what a differance! The techs that cleaned kept me informed as they reached #202 which had been a model and we sold the unit. We wanted the carpet to look new.The unit wasn't dirty by any means only the den that had been used for a marketing office for several years. They totally removed the black marks that had been left from shoe dirt.
It did look like new when they finished. The furniture dents were also removed.
I love the cleaning with water and all natural products that are safe for the environment.
The fact that Zerorez cleans with no soap, and therefore leaves no soapy residue (but you already knew that).
Couteous and friendly service. All went as promised.

My carpet looked like new! All of the stains were taken care of, and the carpet wasn't too wet once the technicians were done.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the work done. The technician was right on time and absolutely did not push us to have any more done than we asked him to do. We had spots - especially on the stairway that we were told were there permanently from other cleaners in past years and they are gone! It just feels so good to have everything feel clean and smells so good. We will definitely be using Zerorez again.
