I like the immediate dryness and minimal perfune scent that is left - it always smells just clean.

Carpets got very clean - we had spots we could not remove with traditional cleaners but Zerorez did the job. Also had some areas with urine that came up quite well.

The two guys who cleaned our carpets were polite, professional, and did a very good job at explaining the whole Zerorez process. They were also careful to protect the house from damage (corner guards in the doorways).

It was important to me that there be no harsh chemicals used. I liked that the product is just extracts like orange peels and such.

I love that you use water and no chemicals! I've used Zerorez on three different houses with the same results...fresh smelling, clean carpets that stay clean much longer than any other carpet cleaning service I've used in the past...and I've used a lot with 3 sons and dogs.

Our carpet looks new again. Most of the stains came out. Reed was very nice and did a great job. We felt it was very expensive because we have so many stairs so we won't do this very often but it is nice to have very clean carpet right now....
