Scheduling was perfect and the serviceperson was there right on time. He was very friendly and professional. He recommended fiber protection on his next visit, which I will take his recommendation in about six to seven months. When I call for another cleaning, I am also requesting the same individual as he did a fantastic job.

We have a 20 year old carpet. We were very surprised how bright and clean the carpet looked for being that old. It smells great too.

My carpet came out looking like new. When booking our cleaning we were quoted several different things and had to talk to the original person to get the price honored, which was frustrating, but the carpet cleaning itself was great!

Oredus got stains out that we were not able to get out before. Zerorez brightened up the carpets. Oredus was very friendly and thorough about his work.

Josiah was very professional- on time, wearing a uniform, identified himself, he explained what he was going to do, how long it would take and gave me follow-up instructions for care of my carpet. Fabulous!

The carpeting was soiled & Nick Driver & partner pre-treated & I'm happy to say all stains came clean. They were running & I appreciate the company calling me to inform me of the delay. I truly can say I have never experienced the professionalism, care to detail that I experienced with these young men.
This was the 1st time using Zerorez but I can assure you it won't be my last.

Carpet looks FANTASTIC and it has been 2 weeks!!! People have asked in we got new carpet. It never still looked good even a few days after a cleaning before from other companies!! We will have you back soon to clean more rooms in our house! We love it!
