Your cleaning crew were very nice and explained everything very well and thoroughly. I think they did an excellent job of getting rid of the pet/wear stains on the carpet. It dried very quickly so I could move furniture back. They came within the time frame, well before the end of it, so I didn't have to wait a long time.

Prompt, courteous, took care to protect corner areas of walls. Almost our entire house done in about an hour.
The cleaning process worked well. Put the furniture up on foam blocks while carpet was wet to prevent stains
from wooden legs. Never thought of that.
