I was a little bummed they came at the end of the day...I had a big party the next day and was worried the carpet would not be dry. Over all the guys did a great job and they did a fantastic job on my kitchen floor; you could eat off of it and we have two crazy, messy girls. And they got out some stains that I didn't think they could get out. Very impressive.

Environmentally friendly and fairly quick dry time

I love how professional and respectful the techs are that came to my house. I just bought my first home and wanted a company that would do an amazing job and get all the old owners dirt and grime out. Well it did just that, and both techs kept telling me every little step they did, and kept asking me to check their work to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company, you will not be let down.

We could do a commercial based on your last visit alone to our home. Your tech removed red wine, doggie dna and 8 month old dried, liquid laundry soap. Not to mention, the quality of the carpet here is terrible. It wasn't your first visit here and it won't be your last. I recommend Zerorez to people all the time...and will continue to do so. Our living room carpet is 33 years old and has survived pets, little kids and much traffic. The carpet looks close to new and no odors remain. The only thing is was not happy about was the extra charges. I have never professional done carpet cleaning before and the gentleman first thing asked if there were pet urine areas, smelled the carpet and said the only way he would clean this area was to pretreat for $75.00 a room otherwise this system would leave an odor afterwards. It was mentioned to me that if we had pet odor they might have to pre treat. I understood that but did not realize the price to go with it. Things were worked out to the satisfaction of both parties but please mention the additional charges when appt. is set up. thank you,
