Very quick turn-around from the time I called to having freshly cleaned carpets. Courteous employees and the carpets look better than I would have thought possible. Also, I LOVED that there was only a faint orange scent until everything was dry -- no chemical smells!

The carpet was very clean and the few stains we had are all gone. We especially appreciated how fast the carpet dried and how soon we were able to walk on it.

The technician was upfront and knowledgeable about the pet stains on my carpet. He got them out, they haven't come back, the smell is neutralized and I am happy! The appointment set up was quick and easy, everyone was polite and answered all of my questions.
