From the first person I spoke with on the phone, who gave me detailed information about potential hidden costs (beyond the advertised special), to the two technicians who were clean, professional, and extremely helpful and conscientious. Your product is also amazing - the difference was remarkable, and I felt good about the synthetic chemical-free cleaning.

We had significant pet staining on our 14-year old carpet in our family room. Our dog picked up a "bug" from the lake. After being cleaned, the stains are hardly noticeable.

I like that their is literally zero residue and you can't even tell that I have a hairy, dirty yellow lab living here!! All the areas that he laid and you could tell are now gone! I got my carpets cleaned 2 years ago and you could still see everywhere the dog would lay. I also really enjoyed Dan, he was great, friendly, and helpful!

I like everything about Zerorez...the product makes my carpets look and smell better! We had a really bad pet related stain that we couldn't get out of the carpet and the stain is gone now! I love the way that Mason Young, our technician, treated me as a customer...he listened to what we needed and offered to help me place the heavy furniture back where it belonged. :) I also appreciated that Mason didn't try to get me to buy anything extra.
