You left my carpet and rugs very clean. For the most part your staff are very thorough However, I am not please with the team that delivered
my rugs. They did a horrible job at returning the rugs back to the original locations. I ended up doing most of the work myself. It is still not perfect. But I do not have the strength to handle a rug of this size. It is obvious to me that the two men you sent do not have the ability to do it either. I will have to find someone else to help me.

My carpets were in really bad shape and they were able to get a lot of the stains out. I had not expected the carpets to turn out as good as they did. Many stains were completely removed and the ones that were not were still more mild. The rest of the off-white carpet looked so clean and fresh after they had cleaned them. It was well worth the money I spent to have the service provided. From my first phone call of inquiry to after the service was provided I was met with a high level of professionalism. They were honest and upfront about what it would cost without making me go through some uncomfortable bidding process. I will use Zerorez in the future and I have already, and will continue to refer them business.

The technician did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet--stains that other carpet cleaing companies didn't get out came out with zerorez.

What appealed to me about Zerorez was the fact that water is used. We didn't want any kind of scent to be used as a "cover up". We wanted clean upholstery with no fragrance left behind. Everyone we dealt with at Zerorez from the person who set the appointment to the person who came to our home to do the work was friendly, competent and down to earth. They all did what they said they would do and arrived within the time frame that was set up with us. In the past, we have had cleaners who called and cancelled because they overbooked themselves leaving us with no time to get the cleaning done before an event we had scheduled at our home. Definitely would recommend Zerorez for their professional yet friendly and prompt service. Plus, we were happy with the cleaning of our upholstery.

The technician who cleaned the carpet was very professional. He reviewed the process before beginning the cleaning. He was able to remove a stain in the carpet. It was several thousand dollars less for Zerorez than to replace the carpeting. I have recommended Zerorez to several friends!
