Your employee was superb; on time, professional, and hard working. He did an exelent job and didn't rush like I imagined he might. The carpets look better than new.
The only thing I did not like was the unexpected sell on the "Protection" for the carpet. I would have been much more likely to seriously consider it if i was told about it's avalibility on the phone when I made the appointment rather than wat till the end of the cleaning to ask.

A.J.did a great job on carpets. He was enthusiastic and spent a great deal of time getting some very difficult stains out of our carpet. We really thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. We will certainly recommend A.J. and ZeroRex to other people.

I was able to schedule my carpet cleaning quickly for a reasonable price. The technician was professional and cleaned 2 rooms a stairway and hall in approximately one hour. The carpet is clean, bright and odor free. I used to clean it myself and it took me 3-4 hours and a lot of sweat equity. Plus renting and returning equipment. Zerorez is definitely the better choice.

I did not want chemicals used on my carpet and Zerorez offered that.

I liked that it was 'greener' than some of the others and didn't use chemicals to clean and those that were used to pre-treat were very 'natural'.

Great job on our 26 year old carpet. Almost like new!! Will plan on doing our other rooms in the near future.
