Erin was very friendly and explained everything that he was going to be doing when cleaning the carpet. He was very careful as to not dent or bump into the freshly painted walls. The carpets look great and it smells fresh in our house. Zerorez is the best way to clean.

The serviceman was very professional and considerate. There was no chemical smell and the drying time was much less than other carpet services I have had in the past. Thanks!

Very nice serviceperson.
Carpet and upholstery look clean and smell clean without that chemical smell.
(We have not been home the last 2 weeks, so we couldn't reply sooner.)

Sufficient advance phone call to get home from work. Friendly workers, cleaned their feet at the door (wore footies!) and did a thorough job. Pay them MORE!

Moe was very imformitive. I had areas on that due to the ware and soil on the carpet that we both new would/could come back. Carpet is basicly broken down. House was built in 1995 and it is the original carpet. All!! spots came out so I was extremely happy. After having 3 extra people living here for 9 months he did a fantastic job and I would recommend you and him to all that ask. Thanks!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Fast friendly service, products appear better since the process seems to be chemical free eventhough the pretreatment solution probably has chemicals in it. I should have asked more about that just out of curiousity. Overall, very happy and am already a repeat customer.

We liked the fact that our technician was prompt and in fact came early for the appointment. He was very attentive to our problem on our new carpeting - hot BBQ Sauce spill and was successful in removing the spill. We are very satisfied with Zerorez.

There were several areas of my beige carpet that were really bad. Like dark, almost black bad. I was sure I was going to have be replaced it but I thought I'd try cleaning it first just to see what would happen. It was amazing! It looks almost brand new and it took less than an hour! Plus I have a 10 month old and know that you use Green products was a huge relief.
