Every time you have come to my home to clean the carpets, the service has been excellent. The employees are so professional from the phone calls to the visit. And The man who handles your rugs is fabulous. I have gotten rugs back that look like new and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you Zero Rez, you are a fine example of a great company!

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician, Roman, was on time, focused, knew what he was talking about and friendly. He explained what he would do, then he did what he said he would do and then he explained what he did. Our carpet looks great and smell good too.

The service was great. I appreciated the timely updates on schedules and arrivals.Being able to be on your cancellation list worked for getting our carpet cleaned earlier than originally scheduled! John and Eric were prompt,professional,informative,and very polite. They both represent your company VERY well.We are so pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning. It is much improved.

The process cleaned my carpets in an incredible way and removed the dog urine smell. In addition, both men were extremely courteous and friendly. They were on time and well-trained on customer service.

Moe came to our house and he was the most courteous worker ever! He listened and looked at my problem areas; and then he FIXED them. :) It was a great experience and the carpet looks great and I will refer zerorez to all of my friends!

Service was very good. The duct cleaning was very thorough and your employee was very courteous and efficient. It was nice that the carpeting was not damp and very clean. I would recommend your services to anyone who needed either of these services.

I was amazed at how clean my carpets came. I had planned on replacing my familyroom carpet, so hadn't cleaned in a while. I can postpone replacing it now! By far the best carpet cleaning I've ever experienced. Both of my sisters are having you clean their homes now! Thanks much again for having saved me money!
