My old carpets that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time came out very nice. There were a few old stains from various things that came out that I did not think was possible. I enjoyed Steve, who did the service - he was knowledgeable, informative and friendly and thorough.
The people I talked to were very helpful and seemed professional. However, it seems they knew that the pet stain would not come out before they even tried it. And of course I was charged the full amount! Kathy

Prompt, good customer service and our carpeting looks great - no residue, it really looks brand new, even in the high traffic areas. Very pleased and will use Zerorez again.
The men came at the time they said they would. I was told was they planned to do and they got it done in good time. Some spots returned the next day and another appointment is needed to remove them.
Customer service was outstanding.

From beginning to end we had exceptional service! The call center answered the phone promptly, answered all questions I had, gave me a prompt quotation and scheduled an appointment that suited our schedule. The technician Tony Erickson was very educated on how to best care for upholstery and did an excellent job on our Hendredon sofas and chairs. We've had Zerorez clean our carpets twice now. We have 4 dogs and cleaning our carpet is not an easy task. Bill did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough and pleasant.
