Steve was very personable....company had normal people operating equipment and interacting with the customers....others I've used have had "sketchy" personnel and equipment have left carpeting that looked terrible when dry or took forever to dry due to not getting enough water out. It's been two days and everything looks great.

Service is great and I hope with the protection spray, it will look good for awhile.

They did an amazing job on our carpets. With three kids, a dog and two cats I didn't think the carpet could actually be salvaged; however, our tech did an amazing job and the carpets almost look like new! The tech said he would not leave until we were completely satisfied; he was here for quite a while, but that is because his work ethic to do great work kept him here, I didn't ask him to redo anything. Your company does everything it says and more; thank you!!!

Follow up to do the best job possible

They work great! We had some stains caused by a leaky outside hose brought in for the winter. I called you for help and your service representative gave us quick service with great results and we don't have to worry about replacing our carpet for a very large area. Thank you - I wish all companies provided that kind of service for their customers.

We really like the zero residue factor. Couldn't believe what he was able to remove well, almost, a big spot of 2 year old dried on wine colored fingernail polish!

I like that there is no residue and very little detergent used. I felt good using the zerorez service because I have a young child who spends a lot of time on the floor and now I know that it is very clean. The service people were very polite, kind, and fast.
