As for your service, well I have to say on a scale of 1-10 you need to expand the scale to 1-12 because, our guy, Jerrod was absolutely great and, my wife and I would give him a 12! Completely professional,respectful,had a sense of humor as well. he answered all of our questions,made us feel completely at ease and, then got busy. That young man is a great asset to your company! I liked that there were no chemicals used. When Chris was finished the carpet looked great.The only thing I was surprised at was that it took so long to completely dry. I guess if that it what it takes to not use chemicals then I am ok with that. The loved the results just the same.

The technician was very respectful and informative. He worked efficiently and very neat and clean. He did exactly what he said he would and the carpet was left slightly damp and quickly dried. Great job!

I used Zerorez a few years ago. The next time I needed my carpet cleaned, about 2 years later, I used "a deal" from another company. After the carpet dried, I noticed the "crunchy" feeling on the carpet, which I had heard about in your commercials (you don't leave the crunch behind). It has been less than 6 months since I used that company and my carpet was again dirtier than it was before they cleaned. I can't blame it on my cats, because I've had these particular cats for 5+ years. I do believe it was the residue that attracted more dirt to the carpet.

I was amazed at how well my carpet turned out. I just bought a house and the carpet throughout was disgusting. I wanted to at least get it sanitized until I was able to purchase new carpet. Zerorez got it so clean, it looked almost new, not to mention that all of the stains were gone (and there were a lot of stains). I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone.

The technician was very honest about the results that could be expected from our carpet given the nature of the soil. He saved us from spending needless money on something that can't be remedied. As soon as we replace the carpet in that room, we will have him return to clean the rest of the downstairs.
