Like the use of pressurized water. Little disappointed in the technician this time. He was here a long time, he was a talker. He missed putting one piece of furniture on styrofoam blocks, it was cold and after finishing the lower level (1 1/2 hours) than put up the door shield. We have had these same areas cleaned and it took 1/2 the time with the previous technician. In the end the carpets looked wonderful, so I will continue to use zerorez, but I will make a request t o not have this technician.

We love that the carpet cleaning products are non toxic and odorless when dry. The service was exceptional. The sales staff on the phone was very informative and courteous. We were able to have our home carpets cleaned at our convenience within 1 week. The technicians that cleaned our carpets were very careful. They used the corner protectors and plastic booties for their shoes also.They answered all our questions about different upholstery cleaning services. The technicians were very friendly and respectful.Our carpet looks beautiful. Thank you for the exceptional service. We really appreciate good service. We will recommend you to all our friends.
