The entire experience was first rate. The telephone scheduler was knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our cleaner,Rob, was highly recommended and delivered on that expectation. We knew there was no guarantee he could get out the stains and he did a fantastic job of helping us decide what to do with this white couch with pet stains. In the end our carpet and couch look brand new.

My carpet looks considerably cleaner than it was; the service man was hard working and did a nice job. My only concern was how wet my carpet was 24 hours after cleaning.

I called to tell Adam I had his jacket liner which he left in my front hall; I understood he would contact me and come to get it which he hasn't.

Professional work and employees. I appreciate that they declined to clean my couch as they didn't feel comfortable with the materials my couch is made -- 50% cotton. Rather they refused than take chances with my couch.
