You called 2 days before my appt. and gave me the window of time 10:00-1:00 that I had requested. I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before the techs arrived. The techs Tim & ? were very friendly, professional and finished the cleaning in less than an hour. I was happy with the service they performed.

My old carpets that hadn't been cleaned in a very long time came out very nice. There were a few old stains from various things that came out that I did not think was possible. I enjoyed Steve, who did the service - he was knowledgeable, informative and friendly and thorough.
The people I talked to were very helpful and seemed professional. However, it seems they knew that the pet stain would not come out before they even tried it. And of course I was charged the full amount! Kathy
