The fact that you use ionized water to clean the carpet's. Both the techinician's were very polite, and we hope to have them come back in the future. We got the protection plan for the carpets against stain's, and we got the spot remover as well. It work's very well. Your company rock's. Go WILD!!

Matt came out and measured very soon after I requested a quote. I was scheduled for the cleaning within a week. Andre was very nice and explained everything he was going to do on cleaning the carpets. The carpets looked wonderful after they were done. People in the office commented on the good job.

The representative James worked very hard to remove a traffic pattern from our carpet. I appreciated the professionalism of the representative and the fact that he took the time to discuss our carpet and what he was going to be doing. We purchased the carpet protection to help our carpet last a bit longer.

I like the fact that you do not use any harsh carpet shampoos that leave my carpets hard and crusty. Even though there was a delay due to mechanical issues on the truck, Steve was very apologetic and resolved the issue as quickly as he could. Thank you, Steve

After the cleaning, the carpet didn't have that stiff feel to it that is typical of a shampoo-based cleaning. Besides just looking great, the carpet felt so much more soft and natural. Our technician RJ was extremely professional and took the time to answer any questions we had, even as he worked. Very pleased with the results. Thank you guys so much!

Easy to make an appointment that works with my schedule. Always on time. Service Representatives are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The products that are used to clean do not leave my carpets crunchy after they are dry and smell clean and fresh - not perfume-ish. Honestly - there isn't one thing that I did not like about the products or service. I will never use another carpet cleaning service ever again!
