There are many things to love about Zerorez...! The carpets (and vents I had cleaned)came out cleaner than I had expected. Dirt spots in traffic areas were completely gone and the carpet looks like new. For the few spots that had been damaged in the past by other cleaning services, the Technician, Rob, explained thoroughly what he could and could not do to repair the damage...regardless, those areas also came out looking much better. I like that there were no strong odors from cleaners or soaps too. Rob was highly professional and knew his work. Being a computer techie person myself, I even loved the paperless billing and receipt process...! I will be recommending to family and friends that they call Zerorez for their cleaning needs and they should ask for Rob...!

They did an amazing job-I never thought my carpet would look this good,it's 13 years old and we had intended to replace it after the holidays, but now I can wait a bit longer. I took before and after photos, but I would be emabrassed to upload them because I didn't realized just how bad it was LOL
