Chris was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew what he was going to do. He also informed us of other services that were available. He took pride in the work he was doing. He even brought the equipment back in to redo a spot on the carpet because he was not happy with how it turned out. We were very impressed!

The results. It cleaned my carpet and is evnironmentaly safe. The crew was outstanding and explained everything to me.

The technician, Steve, was great. Friendly, worked hard to get our carpets clean. They turned out wonderful. Would use Zerorez again, but would want same technician. I think a lot of it is who is doing the job. You should thank him. He does your company a wonderful service.

Cleaning techs were professional. They didn't over promise and under deliver as I have had with previous cleaners. Though my carpet doesn't look as good as I had hoped, it is clean and I think the poor quality of the carpet has to factor into how well it was able to be cleaned. I would use Zerorez again.
