The technicians took the time to do look around & talk with me before they did the job. They did 2 extra area rugs for me and pre tested an antique fainting couch before they did the whole thing, just to make sure it wouldn't discolor the fabric. The carpet looks great!

Adam was on time, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I am amazed at how spotless our staircase and carpets are. I would have never guessed they could look that good. I am a Zerez customer for life!

I have never been happy with the end results from professional carpet cleaners until now. Pleasantly surprised especially at how well the heavy traffic areas looked. Very satisfied. Will only use Zerorez in the future. Thank You

No chemicals, No soap. I love the citrus solution and the empowered water solution. Smells like oranges. :)

Our tech Chris Renslow was very professional and thorough. Chris went through our house and reviewed each room with us before and after. Explained all our options. Chris took care not to damage our woodwork and walls. He really seem to take pride in his job and respected our home. We'd definitely call Zerorez next time we need our carpets cleaned, and would make sure to request Chris.

Our carpeting looks very nice after it was cleaned by Zerorez. Also I felt the technician who worked on our carpeting did a very fine job.

Steve was very pleasant and explained everything. He did a very excellent job!

On a unrelated note, I took advantage of the kqrs $119.00 special.The first 100 callers were to receive a gift card to Dickies BBQ. I called at 8:04. I did not receive a certificate.Maybe its just me,but i dont think 100 people called in four minutes

We were very impressed with our technician, Jeff Vanden Boomen. He was very personable, he described every aspect of what services that was performing, he asked if we were satisfied with the service, and was open to correcting anything that was not satisfactory. We are totally satisfied with his service and will be recommending him to our friends. He indicated that he enjoys working for Zeroez. We appreciate hearing this because it indicates his respect for his job.

I love that you use products that are better for indoor air quality and the environment. I love that you use a system that doesn't leave residue and that the carpet has a fresh water rinse.
Your service techs were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They arrived on time too.
