I appreciated being called ahead of the expected arrival time, and Mark Vaars explained every service, pointed out stains that may or may not be fixed, and the price was an overall good value. I was especially impressed with Mark Vaars. He was patient, helpful, and carefully explained the billing to me. He and his associate worked especially hard on our three rooms late on a Friday afternoon, and were not in a hurry to leave, and we are pleased.

Very clean carpet, even though was a year since my last cleaning was surprised when I moved furniture, that carpet really wasn't bad, except for a few high traffic areas. Love that their is no soap residue.

The care the technicians took to protect my home, by sealing the doorways, avoiding the walls with their equipment, wearing shoe covers. The carpets came out great.

The Tech was on time, polite and answered my questions.

Was not pleased with the inch or two next to a wall that could not be cleaned.
I expected that you would have a tool or plan to clean next to walls.
The center of the room looks great. You service representative was very nice.

Our carpet is over 15 years old and it looks brand new! The stains are gone and have not resurface, even after a month! In addition, Chris was polite and professional during his visit to clean our carpets. He smiled and talked with us as my kids eagerly watched him work.

House feels and smells cleaner!

We liked Jason..Nice, professional. We liked the results, clean carpet and all stains removed. We had some throws done and the stain protections, so $149 turned into $400. Kinda nauseating, but we are glad we spent the money. Next time I would ask that the throws be discounted if I bought the stain protection. Thanks.

The carpet looked very clean and was dry in less than 6 hours. Other cleaners leave the carpet wet and you can't put anything back for up to 24 hours. The technician, Mark Vaars, was very professional and did a terrific job.

Super friendly and not bad looking. Did what he called the "completion dance" at the end of the service. (Kind of a cross between the sprinkler and the dougie??) Did ask for a tip so I gave him 2. 1. Not to give up his day job and 2. not to eat yellow snow.
