Your employee was prompt, courteous and efficient. We are pleased with the results and will recommend Zerorez to friends/family. The only "surprise" was the length of time it took the carpet to dry completely. We were told approx. 18 hours but the carpet felt damp to the touch yet at 24 hours.

I was very impressed with how polite and curtious the techs were. They explained everything prior to doing anything and the results were fabulous. I did have to have them come back for one line that showed up on the carpet and they came out and handled it perfect.

Kyle was very informative without being pushy. All total, he spend about 2 1/2 hours on the four rooms + stairs and landings. It was much quicker than I expected! The carpets looked wonderful and Kyle (while doing the walk through afterward) was happy to go back and work on an area if I was concerned. He was great and very personable! I would highly recommend!

The staff I have dealt with are very professional. The technicians explain things thoroughly and try very hard to assure that the customer is satisfied. I truly feel my carpet is clean when they leave.

Zerorez did the best professional cleaning job that I have ever had (I have tried 3 others). Malachai was very professional. The carpets dried more quickly than previous cleaning services. I definitely will use zerorez again and I would recommend them to anyone.
