My carpet is always clean with no residue after it gets cleaned by Zerorez. The gentleman that was at my house this weekend was very pleasant and explaned my options thoroughly. He was polite and knew his job-thanks again for clean carpet!!

chemical free ... almost. I'm a tad disappointed that the protector and the spot remover aren't as 'clean' as I'd hoped. I'm trusting that the 'empowered water' is just that.
