The staff was professional and flexible. I needed some help moving stuff to vacuum before the clean and it was easy then. The carpet had spots that I didn't think would come out but did! I have a toddler with Down soyndrome and I feel so good knowing there aren't chemicals on the carpet since she's on it all the time. I will definitely use again.

My carpets looked great when they were done! But better yet was the way my ceramic tile looked-the grout was returned to its original color. My floors look like new again. I can's say how happy I am especially with the ceramic floor. Great job and very professional!

Quickly cleaned, courteous and on time. Discussed process and answered questions about the carpet. From prior appt., I learned the carpet stayed cleaner longer and small spills cleaned up very easily and completely.

I had called to set up the carpet cleaning to be done while we were on vacation. My daughter came and met with the crew and everything was beautiful and carpets dry when we returned from Mexico !! The phone representative was very helpful and knowledgeable that I spoke with and the entire process was completed per the quote to perfection. My daughter also told me that the crew called ahead of time and were on time for the appointment. I would have to say great service with very friendly staff.
