Dan was the first tech that got out every spot without asking or reminding. Our stairs are always dirty, and it frequently takes going over them towo times to get them clean. Again, Dan was the man to get the job done right the first time. Thanks!

The carpet is clean. A lot of old soap was pulled out of the carpet. The young man who cleaned the carpet was very nice and polite; he explained the process as he worked.

We like that you clean with empowered water that dries in a matter of hours vs. days and that the carpet looks new and doesn't feel "crunchy" The techs, Steve and Chris did a great job. They are professional, courteous, and fast. We will definitely use Zerorez again.

I cannot think of what you could do better. The appointment was handled well; confirmed the time window when you said you would; the crew arrived when they were scheduled; the crew was very personable and explained exactly what they would do; they did what they said they would do; they explained what they had done and any issues they saw. They were able to remove a couple of stains that I thought were impossible to remove. The price was reasonable. There is not even a small nit I could raise as a suggestion for improvement.

We have a fireplace and for those who don't know, it is very dirty, also we have a 22ft. vaulted celing, the celing fans go constantly so it knocks that much more dirt and dust down the walls, so the edges were extra dirty, I was super impressed with the way that was cleaned, over all we were very pleased and Darnell did a super job, he was really friendly and professional, we feel he really is an asset to your company!
