Also, the three times we've used Zerorez, the technicians are prompt, courteous and do a very thorough job with our carpet and air ducts. It was quick and I didn't have to break my back doing the work myself. The only thing I didn't like is the variation of the quote via the phone and the actual cost. We went from under $250 to $450. Just did not seem fair how the pricing was done and the huge variation between the 2. Thank you
