High leather cleaning cost and some annoying pricing beyond the special. Service and workers excellent. Will use again. I've already recommended it.

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked the fact that it actually cleaned our carpet and took all the stains out. Tom did a fantastic job of taking pride in his work and telling me more about the Zeroez product/process. My wife liked the fact that smell when she walked in was a fresh citrus vs the same old soapy smell. I would highly recommend Zeroez and Tom to anyone who is in need of having their carpets cleaned.

Your tech was very friendly and professional. He offered a couple of services in addition to the basic cleaning and accepted my response without any kind of hard sell. That fact alone will get him and your company invited back next time we have our carpets cleaned.

Adam did a wonderful job and thoroughly cleaned each room. The carpet looks new again! I love that it doesn't have the crunchy feel that you get with other companies from their harsh soaps and chemicals. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends and family!

The technicians are professional and nice, and even though we live an hour outside of the Twin Cities, he arrived only a half an a hour in to the 90 minute time window. The finished product was wonderful, carpet looked like new. The house smelled clean. Also, this time I was offered a product to use to clean up pet messes between cleanings which is appreciated.

I really liked the end result for my carpet cleaning and amazed by my tile/grout cleaning in my bathroom.
My carpet looks way better than it ever has with other cleaners, and my bathroom looks like new! It's all really positive because my house is for sale, and it really made these areas more appealing.
