We liked Zerorez and have already recommended them to many people, some of whom have already used them after we did.
The only draw back is that our over the phone estimate was way off. It wound up being a lot more expensive than we were told it would be. The carpets are very clean and the person who came out was very professional.
This visit we felt the carpet was much cleaner than last time. The staff was professional and on time, which mad for a smooth operation.
Tony did a great job. The furniture that he moved was placed on pads so it didn't get wet and was out of the way.
All the spots are gone and the 10+ years old carpets look like new.
This is the second time Zerorez has cleaned our carpets and I'm going to recommend that the new owners use them too.

I was very impressed with Sam. First of all, he was very apologetic for being late because his previous appointment was much more time consuming than expected. Secondly, he is totally sold on Zerorez and how it works. He explained the process very thoroughly. He was very professional, courteous, and polite. There were some spots that were on the carpet when we bought the house 22 years ago and he got them out! Sam worked very hard and must have been exhausted as he didn't leave our home until after 9:30 p.m. so had had a long day, but he didn't complain or try to rush our job. I did have to call this morning and ask to have some areas redone in the family room Berber carpet. I think the lighting was not good enough last night to see the 2 larger areas that now look like shadows but aren't. A senior technician is to come tomorrow morning to look at the carpet. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to others. Our daughter had you clean all the carpeting in a home they purchased about 2 years ago and was pleased with the outcome. Our realtor also recommended that we call you.
You sent Jose to my house for "mission impossible". My dods and cats had ruined my one year old carpet. Zerorez worked for 5 hours, and left me with a brand new carpet. It was worth every penney. I couldn't be happier.
