The technicians came at their last appointment on Saturday and stayed til 8pm to make sure the job got done and was done well. The room looks and smells great! I have used other cleaning services in the past but nothing compares with the quality of the service/experience of Zerorez.

You do a fantastic job & the technician was very personable.
I received a phone call from your techs before they even left their garage letting me know they were on their way. My appointment time frame was from 8:30 to 10:00. The techs were there promptly and did not pressure me to buy an add on services. The options were presented to me and I was given adequate time to decide if it was worth doing any of the additional services. I also loved the orange smell of the products used to clean my carpet. I just moved into my current home and can now lay on the carpet with confidence they are as clean as they can be. Thank you Zerorez!!! I would recommend you to anyone.

Zerorez is fantastic. We have had them out to our place twice and I love how prompt, professional and friendly their service technicians are. They also make sure you feel confident in the cleaning they provide and encourage you to ask questions. I also love how they do a walk-through of the rooms to show you what was done and to make sure you are totally satisfied. This time they came and cleaned our couch and two bedrooms carpets and everything looked great--the couch looked brand new! Highly recommend for your cleaning needs.
