you do a good job and don't try to sell me the world when you arrive. I get a price over the phone and unless an issue comes up I expect that price and don't want to be sold a bunch of stuff by the cleaner. Zerorez doesn't try to sell me stuff and I like that as well as the cleaning job you do.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the oil and other stains were completely removed! Thanks to the technician, I am aware of mold and wouldn't have noticed for some time. The dog pee smell is gone! We have the bottom of the line cheap carpet and thought we'd get it clean before it was replaced. They made our crappy carpet look pretty good!

I am so impressed that you can get out even the toughest stains in carpeting and make the whole house smell so great. Your technician - Ryan - worked tirelessly to get the carpets clean in the new house we moved into. The previous owners did not clean very well so the carpets in some areas were almost black and they are really a light tan color. The carpets dried quickly and look fantastic. I will continue to use Zerorez for all my carpet cleaning in the future and will recommend to my friends.
