Customer service was excellent! I had to reschedule and they had no issues with that and the person doing the scheduling was very friendly and efficient. Dave, our carpet cleaner, answered all of our questions and explained all parts of the process, as well as our options thoroughly. Even when we were trying to make a decision about how to treat a certain trouble spot he was patient as we took time to consider our options. There was no odor of any kind left by the cleaning process and my carpet looks great!

I posted on Yelp my comments. I was not happy at first with coffee stain but Reed had his associate come back to the house and he did an amazing job. So happy now!!

I am very happy with Zerorez carpet cleaning. I had them for the 2nd time this past week and once again they did a great job. My carpet was very dirty b/c of a darling, small dog we adopted in May of '12. I didn't realize how snall paws would do to my carpeting. It cleaned up well - not perfect, but I wasn't expecting that. It looks so much better, I am not ashamed to have people in or entertaining.

Patrick explained to me what they would do and we went through and he explained that the colored marks on the carpet may not come out because other products were used. not all marks came out but my carpets were cleaner then when I moved in and the Landlord said they were cleaned.

My carpet looks and feels like new again.
