What I like about the products is that they are natural with no harsh chemicals. Having kids in the house I feel that is very important. The smell of the products was also very clean and fresh. This is the second time I have had Zerorez out to clean the carpets and again , they look wonderful. the tech that I had was Mylan Johns. He was very nice, friendly, efficient and listened to what I needed done. I am very pleased. Saying that, however, I did notice a area in the upstairs area that doesn't look quite right. it is discolored, looks like the head of the hose, or machine that removes the water stopped here. It is discolored and is pretty obvious. I didn't notice it when he was here as it was all damp.Thank you again Name removed
