Both the pickup and delivery were handled by very professional, personable guys who were knowledgeable of the business and were very comfortable to deal with. (The pickup guy even had to walk down our long driveway in our spring "blizzard" a few weeks ago, and was not a bit fazed to carry out our big run. The rug looks wonderful, and it left our house very dirty. (Tho we have not yet fully rolled it out since our dining room is "under construction" now, I was quite surprised at how effectively Zerorez cleaned it. It was very soiled!) Thank you so much. I plan to have my furniture cleaned next week.
