Love that Zerorez does not use soap, yet my carpets are the cleanest they have ever been and stay that way for a long time. Carpets are easy to spot clean as well. Very friendly and professional. Will only use Zerorez for my carpet cleaning.

Very knowledgeable employees, from the initial phone conversation to the day of the carpet cleaning. The orange scent was so nice...the only thing I didn't like was that there was a day or so of a chemical-sort of smell after the stain-resistant solution was applied to the living room. I know that was the source, because I also had the bedroom carpet cleaned, and had that door shut, and it smelled just fine in there. It's SO NICE to have my carpet all clean now -- I even had positive comments from family members that my whole house just smelled CLEAN now! DEFINITELY will recommend Zerorez (I even had a friend over at the time -- and she requested a business card) to friends and family.
