The two fellows doing the work were very thorough, explained what they were doing and how long they thought it would take...our carpeting is older so it does have some shadowing but looks very nice and it is very clean. We are selling our home so wanted it freshened up. They also were very polite.

Rox Anne and I had a very pleasant experience with ZEROREZ. The carpets looked much better than I expected after the cleaning. Most of the carpet looked very close to new. Rox Anne and I were very pleased with the efficiency, professionalism and the personal attention to detail of the technicians. Aaron Heath and his assistant were very personable and courteous.
