Technician was a very personable young man. Our only complaint: not the right tool for tool for cleaning along baseboard edges and doorways. Removal of pet stains and other spots was excellent. Overall he did a very good job.

The service techs were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Both techs explained the process and made recommendations on specific treatments available. Carpets were cleaned in a timely matter with great results.

excellent cleaning with no residue

My carpet looked terrible and now looks almost new. The staff was terrific too - very nice, took time to explain everything, did a great and thorough job.

The most important thing I recognized was the two gentlemen that came out to do the job were very professional and that what I would recommend to my friends and family. The cleaning was also great but I do see some marks showing. Thank you for a great experience.

Very professional service. Carpet looked and felt very clean. Didn't have the dry and crunchy feeling when carpet was cleaned by a different service the previous time.

Very effective - this service removed carpet spots we never thought could be removed! And the technician, Robert, was very professional and knowledgable about his work.

I was a little bummed they came at the end of the day...I had a big party the next day and was worried the carpet would not be dry. Over all the guys did a great job and they did a fantastic job on my kitchen floor; you could eat off of it and we have two crazy, messy girls. And they got out some stains that I didn't think they could get out. Very impressive.
