I appreciate that they go out in the field and know what their workers have to go through. It was very hot and humid the day our carpets were cleaned and they worked very hard. Very prompt and informative. We did have a concern with the friese carpet in the family room becoming loose and feel the technician could have been a little more reassuring that it would be alright as it dried thourghly. We kinda panicked the next morning, but, with vacuming it did relax and become acceptable.
We were almost certain that two rooms would need carpet replacement due to stains, not to mention the stairs but thought we would give Zerorez a chance first to clean. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable sharing options available and went to work. I am thrilled with the results, thank you!

Service was very good, tech did an excellent job and was very professional. However, the tech was late, which did interrupt our plans for the day!
