The technician was very accommodating. The results were everything we had hoped for and at an affordable price. While it's not fun to work on weekends, Zerorez had weekend appointments available.

There was a misunderstanding about moving furniture and I was disappointed that the area beneath my couch and love seat was not done. I called Zerorez and explained and they took care of the situation immediately. Thank you Zerorez. This was my first time using Zerorez and I would recommend this to anyone. What made my experience so much better then other carpet services, was the technication. He walked though all the steps with me and the process and even gave me pointers on taking out pet stains. I also bought the product and so far am satisfied! John was professional and easy to talk to about the carpets. It is really hard to find great customer service and it was spot on, and he showed up at 11, when most places would have been at the end of the time slot. I will use zerorez anytime I need my carpets done!
