The carpeting looks clean and it isn't sticky. The tech was on time and proficient and friendly! I was comfortable with the orange scent, it is clean and unobtrusive. I have had an experience where I was quoted one price and then when they got to my house they started trying to add on charges to pre-treat soiled areas, zerorez just cleans the carpet with no baloney.
