The rooms that I had the carpets cleaned looked incredibly clean and fresh looking... nearly new. Not only was the standard room cleaning well done with the patented technology you advertise, but the pet spots that have been a problem were removed and the odors gone. I had a very old dog stain in my bedroom that I wasn't sure would come out-stain and smell-without having to replace the carpet. When Zerorez came in and spent a good majority of the time cleaning that spot, I was astonished and amazed at how much urine they pulled out of my rug! The professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness was also a breath of fresh air! That very afternoon, I recommended to 2 of my neighbors to call you guys and use you. I live in an apartment and the one neighbor told me they were seriously considering calling to have you come out to clean their carpets as well. GREAT JOB ZEROREZ!
